Team estimates for a Sprint

Deepak Indoliya September 23, 2013

At the time of plannign a sprint, we create the sub-tasks for the stories and assign effort estimates. We also decide who will work on what. The total estimate shows up on the Planning Board at the bottom of the sprint. This is all good. However, I would like to know the breakup of the hours by engineers. Is there an easy way to do this without starting a sprint?

What you can do is use the workload pie chart, it can provide you the total estimations in hours of each engineer

You can use the quick filters for filtering out each person in turn.

Each person brings his/her own estimate of available story points for the planning and as such every person is responsible for load balancing him/herself.
