Team assignment field in stories is blank

Dear Atlassian community, we are no longer able to assign a team in stories :

When the "Team" field is expanded, it is empty whereas we are supposed to see a group of teams.

Did you experienced this kind of issue ?
If yes, if you could kindly share in this topic how this issue was solved, I'd be more than grateful.

Welcome to the community :) 

There is an ongoing incident on the Atlassian end that has affected the team field for a few customers,

The field is not selectable, the values are not there etc.

Please raise a ticket to support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and the support will update you when the issue is resolved.

Do you teams still exist, under the teams option or in Jira Plans?
