Table 'jiradb.pluginstate' doesn't exist

Chao Gu June 6, 2016

I installed "atlassian-jira-software-7.1.7-jira-7.1.7-x64.bin" on my host centos 6.5 64bit, and I setup it up with the "I'll set it up myself" procedure. but JIRA keeps giving error:

org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT pluginkey, pluginenabled FROM pluginstate (Table 'jiradb.pluginstate' doesn't exist)

I have deleted "/var/atlassian/application-data/jira/dbconfig.xml" to run the setup again, but still give me the same error, how to fix it?

I'm using Mysql as database.

The database is damaged or unreadable - the easiest thing to do is probably to go back to the beginning and do a clean installation.  Check the database is set up correctly before starting (collation and ownership etc).  Then watch the installation logs for any errors.
