How can I see information about SLAs that have been completed? Basically it's what SLA overview enables, but I want to search tickets with jql, and then export the information into Excel file. If there was filed that keeps SLAs that have been managed in time.
I am using Time to SLA plugin.
Are you using JIRA Service Desk? If so, try this:
"Time to resolution" = completed()
