TFS JIRA integration

Aditi March 7, 2017

Hi,

We are trying to integrate TFS(on premise) and JIRA(on cloud) for traceability purpose. For that, we have installed TFS4JIRA(Spartez) add-on in JIRA and used TFS4JIRA Synchronizer to set connection between JIRA and TFS. We have public IP for TFS4JIRA Synchronizer.

When we are trying to establish connection between JIRA and TFS4JIRA Synchronizer test connection is getting failed.

We have gone through SPARTEZ TFS4JIRA Documentation, TFS4JIRA OnDemand Component is included in “Network Configuration Diagram”.

Is TFS4JIRA OnDemand Component necessary to build connection between JIRA(on cloud) and TFS4JIRA Synchronizer?

We need information about TFS4JIRA OnDemand Component.

Thanks.

Yes, you need the cloud version of this.  (Not OnDemand, it hasn't been called that for a few years now, and Cloud is a subtley different product)

Start at https://confluence.spartez.com/display/TFS4JIRA/TFS4JIRA%20Documentation%20Home , but if you want help from the community, we're going to need more than "connection is getting failed"
