TEMPO won't let me add any more holidays to holiday scheme Edited

Hi,

I am an administrator and have been able to edit holidays under the holiday scheme in TEMPO.  Currently there are only 7 holidays in our particular scheme, and for some reason, it will not allow me to add any more holidays to it. Neither to the fixed or floating section. 

Has anyone else experienced this?  And/or know why I can't add any more?  Please help - I can edit/update after removing another holiday once it has already passed, but I don't want to have to do that.  

It is TEMPO Timesheets - 8.4.1, JIRA version 7.5 (server)
