TEMPO Plugin - Nothing displayed on Issue Report

Have JIRA version 6.0.6, Have Tempo version 7.9. User with JIRA-administative permissions said they use to be able to click on report on the JIRA dashboard and it would show the report of the worklog for a particular issue. User said it stopped working where when you clicked on the report button, the issue displayed an empty report. Mine was working properly until I clicked the tabular view next to the report button then mine stopped working and I can't figure out how to get it to display a report of a particular issue again. Data is still there where you can see the worklog by going to the individual user but you will see his worklog on all his issues. How can I get the issue report to work again?

We are experiencing the exact same issue in our JIRA ondemand environment.

A resolution will be most welcome.
