System Field description not well displayed

Hello

We are using JIRA 7.0.10

We have added a description in a Field Configuration for the system field attachment. This description is written in HTML :

Fill the <a href="/confluence/download/attachments/20381763/PForge_Project_Modification.xls">users list template</a> and attach it.<br>

But this description is not displayed in HTML in the associated screen. It is displayed in text as shown in the following picture

Is there any way to display this description in HTML format ?

Thanks for your answer. I have tried wiki mark up but it does seem to work. I am not using JIRA Cloud but JIRA Server : I don't know if it matters.

I have tried the following description but I still see the text :

• Fill the [users list template|https://myserver/path/to/myexcelfile.xls] and attach it.

 Do you have any clue ?
