System Dashboard text appears in Jira 6.1 which is not present in Jira 5.0.7

1. System Dashboard text appears in the login page and after logging into Jira 6.1 which was not present in Jira 5.0.7

2. Also Issue created date does not get displayed after creation of issue, only relative time like a minute ago, an hour ago gets displayed

As we are planning to migrate to Jira 6.1, would like to understand the differences before proceeding.

Software changes with versions. Both of these changes are a natural result of developers changing stuff.

To "understand the differences" you need to do two basic things - first, read the release notes for each version (at least look at 5.1, 5.2, 6.0 and 6.1), and secondly test the new version.

We can't give you a list of all the differences because we don't know what changes might affect your setup. The two changes you list are, well, changes. I'm not sure what your requirements are.
