Sysadmin Functions Not available

I am trying to import some gadegets from Greenhopper into Confluence, and after reading through the JIRA documentation, it seems I need to login as the Sysadmin to reach the configuration options, and then setup an application link.

However, I never setup a Sysadmin password, and am unable to login using that account using any existing passwords.

We have plenty of standard administrator accounts, but these do not have the ability to make base configuration changes or link applications.

Can anyone provide assistance on where I can assign, or recall the current Sysadmin account password?

Hi Bill,

OnDemand does not grant system administrator access to customers, however applications links are already set up between all the applications. If you're having trouble getting this going, I'd suggest filing a support issue.
