Hello, I need to synchrinize my customers requests queque and the agent's view.
while I can set the logic of agent's queue I don't really know how to configure customer's requests and don't even know the logic.
Can you help me here?

If by "customer's queue" you mean a list of raised requests on customer portal, then I'm afraid you can't really sort that the same way you can sort agent queues or filters.
Out of the box JSD customer portal has almost no customization as far as queues are concerned. I think certain 3rd party addons can expand portal's functionality to an extent.
