Good afternoon. I have a question regarding support participants. In my case, I get support emails through jira. But my colleagues receive a normal email, exactly the same as I get, but from normal email. and there are all the people who received the email. How do I make it through the jira, I get all participants in a first conversation?

This depends on how your notifications are set. There is configurations where you can set to all receive the same email or to vary between users.
