I am setting up Service Desk and was trying to set a summary based on two fields using automation. Somehow each time I set up an issue, the Summary is set to "Hi I'm Jennifer". I know I did this but I can't find where so that I can modify / delete.
Note: When the issue creates, if the summary says "fred" I see an issue created of issue number - Fred created but when I click on it it says "Hi I'm Jennifer"
