I am using onDemand. Something changed recently and the subtask status column dissapeared and in their place we now have icons that need to be rolled over in order to see the status of the the subtask. We use this regularly in our bug ticket tracking so developers can easily identify subtasks that are relevant to them. I've looked everywhere and cannot find a solution for re-enabling them.
If I open the subtask, I can of course see the actual status of the item. It's just the subtask view in the top level issue that is now showing icons instead of text for the status of that subtask item.
Any suggestions for how I can get the text field back?
To customise the Sub-Task columns that appear on the parent issue's View Issue screen, edit the jira.table.cols.subtasks
property on JIRA's 'Advanced Settings' page. See also Configuring Sub-tasks.

Thank you Rambanam. I should have mentioned that I'm using on Demand and dont see this feature. I did read elsewhere that this method of configuring sub-tasks isnt available for onDemand. The strange thing is that the status field was visible before the last update to onDemand and is now mission and only showing an icon.
