Hi, I am just wondering one thing about products and add-ons subscription.
Based on my experience, if I subscribed a product (eg. JIRA) and not continue to subscribe it and let it just expires, the product can be still used but without Atlassian's support and can't be upgraded.
Once I want to subscribe it again(for some reason such as updating to the latest version to have new features), I have to pay for the period of time I did not subscribe and also the new subscription.
Am I right?
If so, what's the policy for the add-ons?
Do I also need to pay for the period of time I did not subscribe?
