Is it possible to have another subtask advance in workflow when it depends on another subtask?

Subtask A - In-Progress  

Subtask B - Backlog Depends on Subtask A

Can Subtask B automatically move to In-Progress when Subtask A moves to Done?

You would need a custom plugin for it like Adaptivist ScriptRunner or Power Scripts
