Sub groups of jira-users not importing into JIRA

Hi There

I have set up our dev JIRA with ad integration with Microsoft Active Directory and all going well so far. Only issue I have is that the sub groups that I have created in jira-users are not being imported. All groups are under the same OU which is JIRA. I have worked through with Chris on other related issues.

I am trying to add in sub groups into jira-users rather than each individual person. We have about 800 people working at our company and most of them are already in the right groups but not yet added into jira-users.
