Structure not synchronize automatically

I find my structure not synchronize automatically, thought the synchronizer is enabled. For example, I have a greenhopper synchronizer to show issues linked to Epic. Then if I add epic links for some existing issues, they are not reflected in Structure. If I manually run resync, they show-up. There are similar issues for the other types syncronizers too.

Do I miss anything? Is there anyway to make sure structures synchronize automatically?

Thanks and Regards

Zhenning

Hi Zhenning, could you please write to support@almworks.com all the details about this problem -

  • versions of JIRA, Structure, Greenhopper
  • synchronizer configuration (please take a screenshot of sync settings page)
  • your actions - how exactly do you change epic links
  • observed effect (structure screenshot)

If you're a JIRA admin, a Support Zip or extract from a log would also help. (Might be some warnings in the logs.)

We'll try to figure out what's going on from there.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Kind regards,
Igor
