String IDs displayed in JIRA Concepts

String IDs are displayed in the JIRA Concepts - Issues page.

See attached screen shot.

Even when these descriptions were updated, after reboot JIRA description are overwritten with the IDs. Any ideas?

Not really sure why this is happening, but can I know if you have tried on a different browser on your machine or Firefox on someone else machine?

Looking at the URL, it seems like from a plugin, you would want to enable Safe mode and check if you are able to reach to this page. If not, then this is from a plugin and you can work from there. Either to check with the plugin vendor or if you can update the plugin if there is any newer version.
