We rely on seeing the story points, but as of this morning, they've disappeared from the card view on the scrum board.
They were there yesterday, and you could see them momentarily upon refresh, but now they are gone.
Even after a hard refresh of the Jira board, our story points are not visible on the agile board.
Is this possible to be fixed?
Must have been a bad deploy. They came back.
In addition to @Bill Sheboy's answer - even if the project is not a Team-managed project, the Story Points field may still have been removed from the screens associated with your issue type, or the field context may have been edited to hide the Story points field from the issue type or project.
Only Jira Admins can do these things, so if you're not using a Team-managed project, these are the first things that I would check.

Hi @Geoffrey Hoffman -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are you using a Team-managed (formerly called next-gen) or a Company-managed (formerly called classic) project?
The card contents can be updated by the project administrator. Have you checked with that person to see if they have removed the field?
Best regards,
Bill

It's a company-managed project, and nobody has modified the settings.
