How do you mark small issues that fall below Story Point 1?

Some people will assume they are 1 point, others use 0.5, some adjust their scales, making the small ones 1 point and hence pushing the larger ones up to larger numbers.

agree. it can be quite arbitrary. For example I have adopted 'sub-task estimates' that range from 1-5 and then stories/tasks at 5, 10, 15, 20 and anything above 20 really should be an Epic. Just a personal perspective.

Ok, It can make 1-5 by grouping sub-tasks. And, If so, can the units of Storypoint be different for each sprint? Personal growth or previous sprint experience?
Is that what you understood is correct?
