We have been using Story points wrong. We currently use Story Points as an estimate of hours it will take to complete the task. The developers then log their hours spent, but we can't use the Time Tracking Report because story points are not really meant to be a measurement of time(correct?).
How should we go about moving all of our story points to Time Estimates?
Yes you're correct that Story Points are not directly related to time and should not be used as such.
When you ask about moving SP to time, are you meaning all current (open and closed) Jira issues? Or is this more of a Scrum question about how to transition the team's thinking about SPs? The answer to this should help people to answer correctly
