Stop creating workflows!

Hello

When I create a project, JIRA create new workflow scheme, new workflow, new issue type scheme. I don't need it. How can I create prject without creating all of this?

Use the "default Jira project" as the template - that will pick up existing schemes instead of creating new ones every time.
