No able to configure to get TIME IN STATUS TIME IN STATUS.PNG

Can we get the Jira plug-in called “Time in Status”?  This is supposed to allow us to report on how long a ticket spent in a swimlane.  This will help us understand how many hours a ticket was in progress.  Plus, it will show us tickets that have been backlogged or blocked for an extended amount of time.

Hello!

To install the add-on you need to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. (The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads)
  3. Locate Time in Status for Jira Cloud.
  4. Click Free trial or Subscribe to download and install your app.
  5. You're all set! (Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog)

Read more about the add-on

Here you can find the add-on configurations

It's worth mentioning, that this add-on has added new features - chart reports, more kinds of reports (Assignee Time, Average Time, Status Entrance Date, etc), advanced task filtering, advanced column manager for customizing of report, and much more.

Hope, this is helpful for you.
