Dear Jira Community,
I created a new Asset Management Workflow, but the actual status in the sticket is not chanhing. (Jira Serive desk)
Item is in Service, but the status diddchen changed.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

There are a number of reasons your issue may not be transitioning, however, if this is a transition that should happen from a customer email there is a knowledge base article titled JIRA Service Desk Issue Status Not Transitioning After Customer Updates via Email that may be of assistance.
Next, I would take a look at the post functions and conditions to verify there isn't anything stopping the transition.
Finally, I would run the Integrity Checker and let it fix any issues it may find per step 4 of the Using the database integrity checker knowledge base article.
