Start and due date shown wrong in the chart

The start date moves to a day before and te due date to a day after. Is this standard behaviour or is an error occuring because it doesn t make much sense to me.

It does solve it somewhat yes in that sense that after the index the gantt chart, field and agenda show the same date but the error re occurs when adjusting the start date. The due date remains wrong though.
