Our company is using one shared Portfolio Plan to do all our capacity/sprint planning. When I view the plan, I see all the sprint names that tie to our Jira boards. When other users with all the same permissions (jira admins, same filter permissions, same project permissions) view the plan, they see the generic sprint names (Sprint 1, Sprint 2 etc.). I'm completely out of ideas on how to fix this and it is a MAJOR issue for the business stakeholders to be able to see the correct sprint names.
Here's my view:
Here's the view of another user, looking at the same plan, with all the same permissions.
Did anyone find a solution to this issue? Experiencing it myself. Thanks!
Hi @Colette Luke,
The sprint names that you can view in the plan, do they exist on a scrum board?
Thanks

Yes they exist on boards used as sources for this plan. And all users have permissions on the board filters and the associated projects. The sprint names are pulling in great, but just for me.

Also, the dates are pulling in fine for everyone else and the ticket assignments, just not the names. Those screenshots above are the same views/filters on the same plan for two different users.
