Sprint Board Story Status UI bug?

Is this a UI bug, or have we configured something incorrectly?

On the sprint board, stories with subtasks have a box to show their status, but they don't show the whole text.

brunswicknews.atlassian.net_secure_RapidBoard.jspa_rapidView=33&projectKey=SF&view=detail&selectedIssue=SF-65.png

The html element looks like this:

<span class="ghx-info">
<span class=" jira-issue-status-lozenge aui-lozenge jira-issue-status-lozenge-yellow jira-issue-status-lozenge-indeterminate aui-lozenge-subtle jira-issue-status-lozenge-max-width-medium" data-tooltip="<span class=&quot;jira-issue-status-tooltip-title&quot;>In Progress</span><br><span class=&quot;jira-issue-status-tooltip-desc&quot;>This issue is being actively worked on at the moment by the assignee.</span>" original-title="">
In Progress
</span>
<span class="ghx-description">
2 sub-tasks
</span>
</span>

Hi Alex,

I'm not sure if you are running Jira Cloud or Jira Server, but I'll take a guess that you are on Jira Cloud.

We have a known bug with our New Jira Experience that matches what you are seeing.

JSWCLOUD-16311 - Using New JIRA Experience, status is broken in Swimlane based on Story

This bug is current in progress and a high priority to be fixed so we don't anticipate it taking very long to be resolved.

You can add yourself as a watcher to the bug report to be notified of updates to the progress of the fix.

Best regards,
Brian
