I have >100 users with no problems logging into Jira with corporate domain credentials but I have about 12 who cannot login when they could in the past.
I'm on Jira 6.2.7 and Crowd 2.7, on prem self-hosted.
I have cleared failed logins multiple times, ensured network pw is correct and up to date. Some recently changed pw, some did not.
There doesn't appear to be any pattern of why these ~12 users continue to have login / auth problems. They have no issues using those creds for other apps / services (not least of which is logging on to the network).
Crowd is configured correctly as the other ~90 users have no issues.
Has anyone run into this kind of vexing and sporadic issue?
