Split custom field contexts does not work in Script Runner v4.1.3.5

Script Runner is failing when splitting context from Administration > Add-Ons > Script Runner > Built-In Scripts: Error timeout, No Stack Trace available".  We are using JIRA v6.4.13 with Scrip Runner v4.1.3.5.

It may take a long time, in which case the browser will time out. However the script will continue working... tail the logs while it is running. 

It probably completed successfully.
