Special Characters problem during migration

Hi,

I am migrating to JIRA through csv file. In csv i have some special characters in some fields like:

incohérente but in jira after migration it is looking like this: incoh?rente

How can i fix this?

Use this as an encoder , ISO-8859-1 it works. I tried just now.
