Re spam emails that are creating JIRA tickets globally...does anyone know more about them?
- Are these spams specific to JIRA?
- Does this have anything to do with the WannaCry ransomware outbreak? Are these phishing emails generated by that or is just more random spam coming in ?
If you have indeed configured a mail handler to create tickets from incoming emails, make sure to disable the following setting on the mailbox associated with the mail server:
is there a mailbox that you integrated with jira to create tickets ?
