One of our users keeps getting this error when she tries to sign up:
Sorry Mate, something went wrong :(
Reason: Unable to grant access to JIRA to new user.
Please contact your Atlassian OnDemand administrator if this problem persists.
We are using Google Apps integration. At least a dozen other users have all been able to sign up just fine. I don't see any difference in the Atlassian Users page.
I think you need to contact Atlassian OnDemand support...
