When an issue or campaign is marked "Live" or "Complete" it should bve removed from out active campaigns and moved over to archives (for the DMP team). It currently does this now for most issues/campaigns, but for video, event and blank issues, they never go away. Can this be fixed so when any issue is marked "live" or "complete" it is removed from our active list? Currently it's difficult to sort through all of the live and "closed" campaigns all in the same list.
It sounds like you have different workflows for video, event and blank issues which is not setting whatever it is that that flags your issues as "archived".
You need to establish what that flag is and change the workflow so that it gets set.
