Some problems have arisen after an upgrade

Good day!

We have some problems with Customer Portal. Our requests were delete. And now if our customer has writed us request. He doesn't see it on Customer Portal.

What's wrong?

Are you sure the permissions haven't changed? Since it is a Cloud instance, I suggest raising a request with Atlassian for support.
