Some employees added with initials others with name - how to secure consistency?

When new employees are added, some seem to be automatically added with their initials, while others are added with their full name. Do anyone know if their exist a way in which choose a default such that all employees are named with their full name?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When adding a user, the full name will depend on what they add on their profile on id.atlassian.com.

Since 2017, admins can no longer change users' full name, unless the domain is verified.

So, some users you add may already have an Atlassian account and added their full name normally or added their initials and now only they can change this information.
