Some closed issues are not showing on sprint

Hello. I created a sprint and closed 20 issues, 7 of the issues are showing on the sprint but the remaining 13 are not. The closed issues are not in the backlog nor the newly created sprint. I checked the columns and resolutions but everything seems fine. I compared the issues details and they are all labelled the same. How can I fix this problem and make those closed issues visible?

Hi @Operations Assistant, 

When you are referring to it's not showing, can I know where exactly it's not showing?

• On a backlog view of the board? or
• On the active sprint view of the board? or
• Issue search?

If you run a JQL searching for issues in the sprint, does the search result shows all the closed issues?
