Hello everyone,
so our colleague who setup the Atlassian products for us including automations has left the company and now whenever an issue transition happens in our JSM we get an email with his name that says : [the name] has transitioned the issue..
so my question is how can I change the name (or deactivate his account) to our current software owner without disrupting the work or causing any issue with the software and how it functions?
P.S I went to the employee account and saw that I can change the name there and even the email address, would that solve the issue?

In the Automation rule list, change the Actor of each rule to a generic account like Automation for Jira. You can also change the Owner of the rule to an active user.
