Smart commits not working when recived from bitbucket server

Enviroment : JIRA Software connected to Bitbucket server with Application links

At application links configuration are not clickable

All the comments are not evaluated as smart commits:

Any hints, how to fix it?

Fixed by linking applications by links initated from JIRA software side;
