Smart Commits not working any longer

Hi,

I have JIRA v6.0.3 installed in standalone mode. All of a sudden, smart commits don't work any longer. I normally use them to log work and comments, such as:

OP-XX #time Xh #comment blahblahblah

I can see the commits in the "Commits" tab for the issues, but no time is logged and no comments appear either.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas? I'm kinda puzzled this is happening in my JIRA server, since I don't remember having updated any plugins or JIRA itself in ages...
