I have successfuly "linked" gitHub with our Jira Software Server via DVCS. However commits are not been analized by Jira. For example:
Jira ticket name: DEMO-2023
And log commit wiht the following message:
DEMO-2023 #close
Should close the ticket DEMO-2023, but it is not!
I have followed the following documentation ( which is confusing as hell)

also I am aware of this problem:

I am also aware that smart commit is case sensetive.
ps: Atlassian should spend sometime re-organising your documentation is WAY too confusing.
