I see outage issues but what I'm experiencing is not reported in the issues. It says only searches and user mentions. I can't even load any pages for Jira or Confluence. Already restarted both the computer and the browser; cleared cache.

Do you know if your company uses Atlassian Cloud or self-hosted products?
If the Confluence/Jira URL is something like company.atlassian.net, then you are on the Cloud environment.
Otherwise it might be self-hosted and not impacted by what we have reported in https://status.atlassian.com/ .
For both, talk to your Atlassian administrators so they can work with you on these issues.
