Slack Integration - Connecting with this Jira Cloud instance was disabled by administrator

I´m always getting this message when I try to add our Cloud instance. I had read a simular question here but removing and reinstall the Integration in Slack is just not working for me. 

Anyone an idea?

As the administrator, are you able to enable the integration from here:

https://YOURURL.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/jira-slack-integration/addon-config-page

If not, can you please show us what you see there when you try to configure it, and a screenshot of the error you are getting?

Are you still experiencing the issue? Instead of wasting time fixing the bugs, I would invite you to give it a try with Slack messages for Jira cloud add-on:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/beenicon-slack-messages/cloud/overview

It works functionally for my team. Hope this helps!
