From the information that you provided, it seems that you didn't provide billing details, and for this reason Atlassian was not able to renew your license.
I strongly recommend checking your billing details in the left menu, and in case you believe that it is everything is correct, the best approach would be to create a ticket with Atlassian using the link below:
