We got notified that the site will be deleted due to inactivity, users have not responded yet to whether access is needed. To preserve content the admin wanted to login to the site and verify the site.
The issue here is that when the admin logs in, it states the username or password is incorrect, when a password reset is requested the system states that no account can be found with the e-mail, the admin still receives the notifications of the site and notifications of possible deletion.
A user connected to the site (new) and notifications are sent to the admin e-mail address so we know there is a link but we are unable to access the site as an admin to manage the site or create a support ticket.
Of course normal users cannot create support tickets so we are stuck in a endless loop of unable to request support unless we go to the community.
Any advice would be appreciated.
