Here is the scenario.
1. We are using Jira Software Data Center & Gmail is our email provider which we have used for notifications.
2. We are using JEMH Add-on as well
Our Expected Outcome -
Once the Issue is been create we get the notification for the issues which is created & any responses made to the email is going to be added as comment in the Jira Issue
But the need is now if we made any changes on the Jira application that is update the status, or add the comment in Jira, or any changes made on the Jira Application, We need the response to be available in the same thread of which was created during the Issue Creation. So by doing this we get all the updates of an issue in a single email thread.
And team can have a look into the single email thread for all the updates against the issue which was raised
Can you please help me as how we can achieve the same
