What's the best way in JIRA or with an add-on to show a status of several stories/epics in an easily digestible manner for my accounts team?

Depends on what they find "easily digestible".

  • Saved filter with the right columns chosen
  • Saved filter in a gadget
  • A board

There's lots of options, but most people opt for dashboards to show things to specific teams.
