last week after a force update with the new ui the sidebars are not showing up. It started first on mac browsers but now its happening on windows too.
yes @Adil Minocherhomjee it was our office firewall blocking jira. When we whitelisted the url it started working fine.

Maybe you collapsed the sidebar? If you hover your cursor over the edge of the sidebar, you can change its size. Clicking on the edge collapses it on instant.

I know the collapse feature but this is not collapsed. It just does not show the sidebar at all.

Behaviour does not change. Its the same for all projects.
Additionally I tried clearing cache of the browsers, restarting the browser etc but does not help

Hey@Renish K M, since this is happening in several web browsers as you say, I got no clue. Try contacting the Atlassian Cloud Support, they are able to look deeper into your problem since they have the administrative resources on Cloud.
