Showing ALL fields on a Screen by default

When I add custom fields to a screen, it does not always appear by default for every user. Sometimes, users may need to click Configure Fields>All to view the new field. Is there a way to make all fields on all screens appear by default? Thank you!

Hi Anatoly,

According to Creating an Issue, JIRA will remember users' last choice of selected fields on Create Issue screen. In other words, if a user selected all fields the last time he created an issue, he will also see all the fields the next time he creates a new issue. On the other hand, if he selected only certain fields in the last time, he will only see the same fields in the next time. Hence, this behavior is more towards users' preferences rather than system settings.
