Show related data regarding to field content

Hi Everyone,

we want to use JIRA ServiceDesk for Incident Managment. The standard workflow is that a user is defined by email adress and his/ her name. There is no phone number, no location and so on. So my idea was to create a new screen for this caller data. Beside the user information in an incident I need a functionality to show the callers additional data. My hope was that there is a button or something like that wich would call the new screen on behalf of the users field content.

Any suggestions on this? Many thanks in advance.

nobody has an idea on this? A hint to something appropriate in the docs is also welcome.
