Hi Everyone,
we want to use JIRA ServiceDesk for Incident Managment. The standard workflow is that a user is defined by email adress and his/ her name. There is no phone number, no location and so on. So my idea was to create a new screen for this caller data. Beside the user information in an incident I need a functionality to show the callers additional data. My hope was that there is a button or something like that wich would call the new screen on behalf of the users field content.
Any suggestions on this? Many thanks in advance.
